A public-owned limited company, la poste Groupe is held by two shareholders : the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (66%) and the French government (34%).

The merger of the two groups will enable numerous synergies to benefit projects such as the fight against territorial fractures, urban logistics, the digital transformation of territories, the energy and ecological transition, personal services and the silver economy.

Furthermore, as part of its merger with Caisse des Dépôts, La Poste Groupe is participating in the creation of a major public financial hub serving the public interest.
